@jayegreen9331 There really are no more reliable news sources anymore, to the point that it is scary. TMZ broke the story about Kobe (and later got slammed for doing so before the families were notified). Then we all spent the rest of the day trying to find out what really happened. How many were on the copter, who was on the copter, etc. Everyone was freaking out and at one point, for about a full hour, the most reliable news I was getting was from my 13 yr. old who was at her game with her coach (who knew him and Gigi). Can you imagine if there were a National emergency and we needed reliable info and direction? It is scary to think that we have no real system in place. That TMZ is actually the most reliable source here in LA is insane (but they don't cover natural disasters...) crazy world!

She was referring to how the press has gone crazy, and using buzzfeed as an example.

@jayegreen9331 Is it true that woman in the audience was a plant? Are the Brits still so conservative that they have to plant someone in the audience to say something that we can pretty much count on atleast 3 people saying in that situation here on American tv? And I went to the BBC for a good, reliable overview of the story. See what I mean?

@jayegreen9331 Good to know I can still count on the BBC, even with the occasional grain of salt... thanks!
