  1. Can anyone please point me to the details on the Cares Act and how it affects a purchase of a commercial property (with an SBA loan), if you close escrow by Sept. 27th? My lender told me that if we close by that date, the government will pay the first 6 months of my mortgage??? I feel like I either misheard or she misspoke?? Does anyone know the details or where I can find out? Thanks so much!!
