@christopheraddeo5949 I agree with half of your statement. I do see how "preference" rings contradictory these days, now that we know that it is not a choice, or "preference". But it only means that the world has learned and grown, not that those who use the word are all necessarily homophobic.

So, when you sit down to dinner with your kids and want them to eat their vegetables, do you start "selling" the vegetables to them by extolling all the benefits of eating veggies? How healthy they are, how many vitamins they have and big and strong they will make them? Or do you assess the situation and opt for what you know will work better in that situation, such as "if you don't eat your vegetables you won't get dessert?" Are you still a salesperson or are you a parent at the dinner table? And as any good salesperson knows, you need to know your customer. It is about them, not you. You wouldn't sell a sports car to a family of 6, would you? People who are good at what they do usually tend to have the common sense to adjust to the situation and do what they need to do in order to get the job done. Based on Amy's track record, I feel confident that her black robe makes her feel like Wonder Woman in court, and I would trust her and her final word.

Yes, absolutely. Just as many others say below, she does need to be asked these questions, but it is the way they are asking them, as if they already know the answer and are going to beat it out of her. If you watched Kamala's 30 minute "speech" yesterday, along with some other Senator's questioning, you can see how they are gunning for her. And why everyone is calling her "Amazing Amy". Watch the clip where they ask where her notes are that she has been reading from for hours....!!
