  1. TERRIBLE UNINFORMED, I RESEARCHED CLIP!!! They guarded that food so people did not eat spoiled, rotten food that would make them sick. And then send them to the hospital!!! Forget that there are laws about it, there are tons of cases where this has happened and must be prevented!! I do Events and make arrangements at the end of the night for qualified, insured organizations who are competent and will get the leftover food into people hands right away!! Because if I don't, the client is liable, the hotel is liable, and I am liable, for the "community organizer" who doesn't have a clue, distributing salmonella to people who will be happy to take it bc they were told it was ok to eat!!. And yet it could be poison! We are not talking about oranges in the depression. Poor analogy. It is health and safety. Just like the water issue in Michigan!!
