OMG! I laughed so hard when Saager started with "Michael..." And ending with "Mmmm". LOL! Finally someone challenging the great Michael Moore! He makes him look like the nutjob he has become!

They offered him some, and he famously took "a sip"--very precariously--just for the cameras, and it was terribly embarrassing!

@DigitalSteel 5 million dollars?? YES! That is nothing. I didn't even follow the story once it was no longer above the fold. Nor do I remember the number $5 million. But I know that that is chump change to a city with an environmental crisis!

@DigitalSteel Capping it at $5 million is already cutting Flint off at the knees. Just do the math on the cost of the workers and you will see that $5 million is not sufficient. Let alone all the additional costs of FEMA, as well as the cost to the city, county and State to determine the cause, effect and the correction of the problem so that it doesn't happen again.

@DigitalSteel Nor do you need to, as I see that the rest of this thread has already touched on many of the costly long-term issues that befell Flint, aside from the immediate costs that had to be taken into account by FEMA, which clearly were expected to exceed $5 million, lest they would not have capped it!
