Legally you can already be fired from your job if you refuse to get the vaccine. I am sure that some airlines will be able to mandate it. Or atleast without a doctor's note. As long as one has another choice of who to fly, you won't be able to sue.

@djcuebass7559 Yes they are. But no one is asking anyone to break HIPPA rules and show records. But legally you can be fired if you do not get the vaccine. If there is a health reason that precludes you, you will need to show documentation from a doctor. Not provide your health records.

@djcuebass7559 And AGAIN, no one is asking for your medical history. Just proof of (one) vaccine, for purposes of this discussion. There is a HUGE difference between the two scenarios.

@djcuebass7559 I have never gotten a flu vaccine, nor given it to my children, ever. You are confusing too many issues. Do you really not follow? Google it. Certainly before you let someone fire you for being an obstinate fool. Remember, ignorance of the law is no excuse.
