  1.  @robertdimarzio4490  she didn't say she grew up in a Chassidic household. People can appreciate something yet not want to live that way everyday. And she is speaking about her experience. Off the derech in her world can mean something else to someone else... it is all about perspective. Like he states, what secular world are you speaking about?
