  1. The girl who has questions? She has had months to look into her questions and find answers. And if she doesn't feel comfortable getting the vaccine, she doesn't have to. There are plenty of other waitressing jobs she can go get. It is her choice!! Just as it was employers choice, legally, to make getting the vaccine a requirement of employment. He is choosing to be responsible and protect himself, his staff, and his customers. Good for him!

  2.  @more17  That is not accurate. They did not start creating the vaccine from scratch. They used years of research from all of the other varieties of the many other coronaviruses and other mRNA vaccines so identifying the spike protein was far easier than in most processes. Plus every country, university lab and company was working in it. The studies can all be found online. However, no one is forcing anyone to take the vaccine. But for those who don't understand why they should or shouldn't take it and just "don't want to", are being selfish. Everyone should at least research it for themselves and ask questions if they have any.
