And we wonder when we call tech support (for anything) why they sound so stupid and annoying when they just keep repeating "I can't help you from my end Ma'am. You just need to go to your account and....blah, blah, blah..." It is clearly a training issue and it starts at the top!

@HisWordisLife4U LOL, maybe...but it isn't like he just planned it last week. He looks pretty settled into that look (plus it would be illegal to fire someone based on their looks). I think creepy is just his MO.

@HisWordisLife4U YUP! I just couldn't get over how he kept answering them in help desk mode... "all they need to do is go into their account and follow the instructions"... so annoying!! LOL
