Wait, WHAT??? I have to deal with UPS mishaps all the time. Yes, they "misplace" things. But this story is over the top ridiculous! Sadly, I don't feel that their employees are smart enough or on top of daily politics enough to even intervene if it cae across their desk. They would have just let it pass by on the conveyer belt and that was that. This story is just over the top!
