@marvsview3829 I am in a blue state (CA) and desperately hiring! We have been all year and have interviewed dozens of people. They are either completely not qualified, can't work the hours (8-6 M-F), want to take 2 weeks off for Xmas to go home, won't accept $20 an hour, or have some other issue (I literally stop listening after the first 2 issues they have). I honestly do not feel that anyone is that desperate. OH! AND...FOUR ppl called in sick this morning! But refuse to get Covid tests (bc they aren't ready sick!)! They are essential workers too!
