Are they kidding??? FEMA is activated when there is a disaster in ONE city, county, state. Or maybe a storm, for example, that affects a few states at most. Not EVERY SINGLE city, county and state across the country at once!! I am shocked at why these two don't get it. How could we ever have enough staff to handle a worldwide pandemic that has only happened once in a 100 years. What should they do the other 99 years? Wait around and run drills, just in case???
