  1. You understand that that is not the way the virus works, right? If he quarantines for 14 days, he will not be shedding the virus when he is out and about afterwards. And will have antibodies for atleast a few months. Just like anyone else who will be able to go out after they receive the 2 shots of vaccine that will hopefully soon be available.
