  1. Sign them up for homeschooling then. If they are not signed up for something, you run a huge risk of the State coming after you bc your child will be considered a truant and you will be dragged into court and fined (plus what you will have to pay on attorneys fees!).

  2. That sounds like a terrible idea! Why expose all the grandparents?? Homeschooling does not mean that someone hands the parent a book and curriculum and says, here--you do it. It is a fully designed program with teachers, outings, sports, etc. And it can be done by Zoom.

  3. Why? I have kids in both. They are both approaching the decision the same way. And ultimately waiting to hear about guidance from the State so that they can decide which of the options presented will work best for the particular school based on attendance, campus size, classroom sizes, etc. And parents at both public AND private schools are nervous. Just as much as they want to get their kids odd the couch and back to school!
