  3. No it does not you can freeze the scene” if that’s even a thing but you cannot go into someone’s house without a warrant from the judge period! They always toddling with the law! If you can get a warrant get it! They know it takes time to get a warrant that’s why they’d rather get consent. And now because he doesn’t want to give consent he’s under arrest. lol but he wasn’t under arrest if he was going to give consent.
