  1. I want to recommend articles on evolution by prof.Stephen Barr. He shows how many concepts in this theory (only) are rather dubious. I am not talking about micro evolution within one species. It is logical- changes to allow adaptation to ever changing environment & protection from harm etc. Maybe this main religious thesis of atheism should be revisioned 🤔

  2. Maybe the process of evolution or underlying more basic and simple process which governs it is teleological. We have an incomplete understanding of evolutionary processes. Like in physics, the deeper we look, the more complex simplicity we discover. The more elegant, mathematical it is.Maybe natural processes are like that as well. In evolutionary laws, a degree of randomness is needed for adaptation. Free will exists in humans on account of abstract thinking, consciousness, and ability to distinct good from evil. It is an ontological leap between us and animals.There is a lot to be discovered. We can not generalize easily from one system to another (very human mode of thinking). It is too complex, and we have incomplete knowledge at this stage. It is humbling.

  3. In this biological, material world, we can't escape entropy. Maybe only for a glimpse of time.As if at the biological level of animate nature, the survival function of the species, i.e., the lifting of environmental burdens and the effort to adapt to the aspect of chaos in nature (decay, entropy) is of greater importance. The effort of survival, the diversity guaranteed by sexual reproduction, performs the functions of survival and adaptation to the environment, the transfer of one's genes. As if animate nature was affected by evil, the principle of emtropy, and thus the struggle of biological beings for biological life. This is the realm of freedom. Development, intra-species adaptation, the transition of one species into another would not be possible without mutations, also in interaction with viruses that evolve rapidly. But there is an ontological leap between humans and animals. In a way, a sacrifice for greater than an individual good at the level of entropy and finitness. In a way, death of "ego".
