I must agree that it is difficult to speak English at times when one hasn't been taught it from a very early age. Russian versus English does come from a very different family of languages. They are totally distinct languages, including syntax, pronunciation, grammar, etc. It takes a lot of learning and exposure to English to be very good at it, especially under stress or when being tired. Usually, one's not native tongue gets worse while under these conditions. Please try to learn a second language to a level near to fluency & talk in front of the camera, tired from long verbal interaction. There are also so-called "competing languages process in a brain if a second language is near fluency or fluent. It doesn't help in using a second language.

@Gnomesmusher I agree. I speak my native language and English as a second language at nearly fluent level (read, speak, understand, write). Some Russian too. I learned English as a young adult.
