Lex, please 🙏 read "The Matter with Things" by McGilchrist. There is a huge section on complexity, evolution, genetics, cellular biology, quantum physics, psychiatry, neuroscience, philosophy and much more. I believe in you, that you can get through this tick book😵‍💫. It left me speechless.
