  2. I think that consciousness not but high functioning, computing intelligence, yes. Especially with the development of quantum computers.

  3. I think that self- consciousness, meaning "meta level of thinking" is human and only human ability. Because human mind is not entirely material it will not get transferred into a material object/system/ medium/machine. Artificial mind will imitate human mind. It will resemble "psychopatic mode" of mental operating. Incomplete human. l think it's another utopia coming from materialistic philosophy. Despite of the facts proven by modern physics (Quantum Mechanics) like "indeterminism", platonic idealism (laws of physics are like platonic ideas), mystery, measurment changes a state of a system or the experimental fact of becoming of the physical reality at every moment as a result of quantum processes. That's why immanent limit of observations Materialism hasn't been a valid philosophical system in modern physics for the last 100 years due to discoveries in QM. Materialism and complete determinism "are dead".
