  3. Agreed. That happens in psychotherapy. Only owning your suffering can heal you and stop from projecting your pain on another. Ancestors pain is passed on through generations. Trauma is, in a way, inherited. Partly nature, but mostly nurture by parental styles, etc. A huge topic about trauma.
