  1. Great intro. I identify with the forgiveness part. I forgave someone recently. It came with great relief to me. From somewhere beyond myself. Out of love greater than individual life. I can't explain it, but this love is deep. "Whoever loves, even if he took a wrong path, will be saved." May Christmas will be full of love and life to all of you!

  5. It is not easy to read people during dynamic, unfolding conversation, which gets deep and emotional. Especially in front of the camera. It takes skills and practice. Humility and empathy are very important. Also, it is quite tiring because it gets intense. I think Lex is good at it. As much as he can be. With his empathy and wisdom, he would make a good therapist. It takes years of practice to feel at ease around people you talk to about deep, personal, intimate, existential matters. It takes dozens of hours of sitting face-to-face to people not getting discouraged at your own inability to witness something profound and to be able to sit with somebody crying or shacking out of fear in anxiety fit to allow them to move through their feelings. For them to be real & to get their truth out. It is one of the best things in life to experience. Encouragement is needed because it is an important & difficult engagement into complex reality.

  7. I think that forgiveness ideally should come with acknowledgement of wrongdoings and repentance, but it is not only possible. For example, due to severe personality disorder, on one part, addiction, grave moral damage, etc. The realisation might be impossible, but still forgiveness is an act of the will and a heart to not stay in a hurt and instead turn to love, without being naive, with proper boundaries in place. It is transcending evil. Sadly, a person who does evil will suffer the consequences one way or the other. Compassion is needed to stop the evil in its roots.
