Nigel needs a lot of security around him as this indicates , throwing rocks To cause harm, bodily injury. This man should be treated as a criminal, as that is exactly what he is! If one of those missiles had made contact who knows what injuries could have been incurred?! I pray he at least gets a criminal record!
