  1. Carol hits that nail on its head! When you look at the broader picture, woman have their babies and many return to work earlier than they need to for fear of retribution and loss of position within their workplaces. My logical mind says why did you put the age of retirement up, now trying to get the disabled with special needs “Back to work”. What about all the young people that cannot get a job?! You would think a woman would understand how bad “Going through the change” can be!
