  2. No, he didn’t. It was a case of a true mistake on the jurors part. But what you must know is Miss Heard’s team knew about this before the trial even started. They admit that now. They were trying it on but it failed. Trying to use this along with many other reasons to hopefully get a mistrial. Miss Heard does not have the money to repay not just her lawyers but both her insurance companies. Those that were classed as friends have now distanced themselves from her, such as Elon Musk, so no money from that quarter either. Yet still she continues to cause damage, via her so called friends,by using “bot” form on social media platforms that are reporter to try to bring them down and silence them. I have to say this case has educated me! Unbelievable the lengths they have gone and still going to!

  3. I believe Miss Heard’s legal team have now admitted they knew about this before the trail commenced so they have no grounds to call for a mistrial, hence the late timeline for their non action. I believe they were keeping this to perhaps use at a later date in their favour but, due to the way the hearing went and it’s verdict. Only Amber Heard pushed to use this. It was a half hearted push from her legal team as they knew it would fail.

  4. There were clauses within both insurance terms, one being guilt of defamation. That makes insurance payments non and void for any and all payments to the holder of Said insurance. They have to pay back the costs.

  6. Heard paid nothing. That seven Million? She had fir over a year before JD sued her. She had no intentions of donating any of it. Just said she would to make herself look good. Recall her other statement? “I wanted nothing” then go look at what she demanded in her divorce settlement!
