  1. The towns they're damaging did not make them homeless. In many cases their own free adult choice to be criminals, addicts or just freely making terrible life choices put them there. I've met way too many to buy that they're all victims. The worst are the fake vets (I counsel other vets so I offer to drive them to the VA office, haven't had a taker yet). There needs to be a way to control these people or the innocent majority lose.
