  1. It is NOT a "nice quality" to be trusting. The only reason people want it IN OTHERS is that comforts them. Trust no one. I remain unscammed because I am utterly beyond the reach of such persuasion. The "bank CEO" had the soul of a chump. Common enough. Consider the executives (horny old men) Elizabeth Holmes ripped off. They wanted to believe. Consider the executives Bernie Madoff ripped off. They wanted to believe.   2. End Federally guaranteed student loans because they made education unaffordable. Education costs have no incentive to decline so they skyrocketed. Community college is basically free and enough for anyone to get started since you can transfer credits to other schools. Unless you KNOW for a fact you WILL get rich in your chosen field paying for school is questionable. A tragedy of extending credit is student loans funded useless degrees (which are fine if you don't go in debt for them).

  5. Opiods are also very effective and NOT REPLACEABLE for some pain including mine. I perform a "test withdrawal" about once a year and withdrawal isn't shite unless you're a weakling. Don't take my word for it, read the most famous junkie in history, William S. Burroughs. OTOH my spinal pain is only reasonably controllable with properly taken opiods. Worth mentioning is cannabis is why I don't need increases except for severe flareups (my back is a house of cards with much nerve impingement). Punish the Sacklers but remember there are MILLIONS of Americans with legitimate chronic pain opiods permit a functional quality of life.

  6. Boeing chose global production to cut costs and avoid paying US workers in Seattle. Charleston in technologically and socially backward SC is an example of locating a sophisticated plant in an area educationally unsuited to provide its workforce (I worked in SC workforce training and retired there. It's cheap to live in but the education system is 43rd in the US for good reason).

  8. Why should employers be prohibited from knowing if a potential hire was convicted of crimes of violence? Why do social defectives matter more than good citizens? Should a bank have to hire blind? A child care center? Ban arrest history but banning conviction history is absurd. Assuming criminals are "just like the rest of us" is idiotic.
