  1. Why should employers be prohibited from knowing if a potential hire was convicted of crimes of violence? Why do social defectives matter more than good citizens? Should a bank have to hire blind? A child care center? Ban arrest history but banning conviction history is absurd. Assuming criminals are "just like the rest of us" is idiotic.
