  1. A towing company refusing to tow an abandoned vehicle is pretty lame, but there is a way around it by hiring a towing company far away so the recovery fees are higher. Get written or recorded refusals by all the local companies to support using a non-local business. If you have a similar problem spend a few hours on towing and recovery forums AND obtain YOUR jurisdictions laws in print so you have a hard copy to show cops.
