  1. Russians are NOT A RACE. Russia is a highly diverse imperial construct ruled by Moscow but containing a great variety of native peoples.

  2. Do filter FAIRLY. The first victims of Russian tyrants are always other Russians. Russians who OPPOSE Putin and Russian Federation imperialism (which can only come at European expense as it has for centuries) are not the enemy. Every advocate of Russian expansionism was and is an enemy of European and democratic civilization period but millions of Russians escaped every previous version of Russia to settle elsewhere. Filter by ideology since for example Russian refugees from Bolshevism made upstanding citizens no person who supports any version of Communism, Bolshevism, Stalinism or Putinism is not a deliberate enemy of European civilization and the body counts of those movements are ample proof. Nationality is not ideology and many Russians defected to the West during the early Cold War (which never ended). Give a warm welcome to the good ones. For example Russian emigration to the US goes back centuries.
