  1. CA fails to push people out of state. There is no obligation to help people live everywhere they WANT to. Can't afford one place? Go somewhere else. I did early in life. The gold rush mentality results in people CA doesn't need filling it up. Incentivise people to leave by paying them, recoverable from any income if they come back. GROWTH IS BAD at this density. Those not liking it can go away or never show up in the first place. Good for the anti-crowding voters. They bought their property and rightly defend what is theirs. Rich corporates should move to other states.
