Biden was senile and weak-minded as virtually everyone inevitably be at his age. He was a weakling which was instantly obvious outside his worshippers. (IMO there should be an age limit not over 70 on POTUS because failure to admit the certainty of physical and mental decline due to age is deadly to performance in the most demanding job in the Republic. Seniors belong in the corner as advisors not running the show.)
