  2. Mangione realized like most of us do that there is no hope for peaceful change which is why it does not happen at scale. The only difference is he chose to act in the only way our rich masters understand. They brought this on and because there is more money involved than any illegal drug cartel generates they will just hire security and continue robbing the people legally using the best government (their) money can buy. There is zero hope of legal change which is why things continually get worse.

  6. He remains wealthy and can afford to do as he likes. When you are old enough you know how long your resources need to last you comfortably. He does NOT NEED the people he pissed off. However there is no hope anyway and it was a waste of time because the masses are never, ever going to be capable of intelligence or insight.

  9. Most of humanity isn't worth associating with (elections are proof) and the point of prosperity is to afford to live in a like-minded similar high-trust community of those like themselves. Respectful distance is something moderns forget but older societies often embrace.

  14. The US stands for nothing and is utterly corrupt. The public are submissive except for one so far. Things will only get worse in social terms. People with money leave (like Tom Hanks in Greece) so the EU may gain rich talented immigrants! The US is not free.
