  1. Americans do not value teaching enough to attract competent people and the current culture labels men who teach (other than sports) as probable ch0m0s. That choice to abandon oversight of public education includes school boards who are often promoted from the existing leftist base. The US needs more "CISHET" men teaching but most men aren't willing to accept thankless poverty and abuse from a corrupt (at school board level) system.
