If someone is nodded out at their desk why annoy them? This situation is really just a bunch of frothing because there is nil reason to bother people who aren't causing a problem. Snoozing is their business and snitching is not popular. If you do not do a job which requires frequent personal interaction this is no surprise. Neither is the odor as most people have not personally smelt decomposing humans who first world cultures tend to quicky dispose of everything uncomfortable.
