  3. If you're rich why are you sailing into storms? The Med has full weather radar coverage and your yacht should have radar too. If you're a "tech entrepreneur" you should be delighted to master those systems yourself. (Prior avionics here, it's FUN.) Sensible rich folks (not everyone is helpless outside their one profitable skill) can afford safer vessels like coast guard cutters but those gents don't make the news by drowning.

Why anyone not forced to live there would pay to visit a failed narcostate is a mystery, but entitles airheads FAFO sooner or later Some of my fellow Americans are terrible at understanding that however little you matter in the US, outside it you don't matter at all.   8. Why anyone would be an LA cop when there are MANY other departments needing personnel is worth asking. Liberals oppose the existence of law and law enforcement so to them police will always be the enemy. Stop defending your enemies then move to where they do not rule you. Just man up and leave. Individuals really don't have meaningful impact and the public hate cops for interfering with their criminal habits. There are plenty of comfortable departments far away from the savages the west coast imports and grows domestically. Work there instead and you can live in the same place you affordably retire.

  12. Living in LA is a very expensive bad idea. Why would any veteran choose so badly? You don't have urban problems if you aren't there in the first place and THIS veteran is too smart to play that game.
