  1. It would be better to house them outside LA because no reason exist to live in LA unless you are rich. That's why this veteran is too smart to live in CA at all.

  2. Living in LA is a very expensive bad idea. Why would any veteran choose so badly? You don't have urban problems if you aren't there in the first place and THIS veteran is too smart to play that game.
