  1. It's a liberal arts school. Those places teach the doctrines which helped wreck the US so why is it a loss? One less Marxist hive is more like it. It's cruel to young ignorant students to even offer degrees which won't immediately get them JOBS because education for the working class is about making money. People cannot afford to waste any of their working life not either working or learning to make money.

  2. What's that got to do with being a useless liberal arts school? Containing the greatest geopolitical enemy of western civilization is not why this incompetently run non-competitive school folded.

  3.  @nosheizer1294  STEM is fine and the other poster is not suggesting closing USEFUL schools. Liberal arts should be hobby because it is not a meaningful job creator. Not all colleges are the same.

  4. It's a liberal arts school so pretty much useless for employment. Those disciplines make perfectly good hobbies but the excess of schools that teach nothing useful means the least competitive won't get enough applicants. There is no college shortage and colleges have come and gone and merged often throughout US history.
