Emigrants often make the mistake of choosing cities just because others came there before them but by now they should know better. If you have friends contemplating moving to the US have the decency to warn them to avoid cities. Chiraq is not like Seoul (I've been to both) etc so they should not confuse reasonably peaceful Asian cities with the US.
