  1. Parents DEMAND the situation and teachers have no power to change anything. Most Americans don't know or forget all the power is with LOCAL SCHOOL BOARDS.

  2. Do you not know that the local SCHOOL BOARDS run the show? Teachers have very little power. It's a horrible job only people who can't make profitable careers bother with. (College is much different and much better because participation is voluntary.)

  3. Suspending the bad students is important because it removes them so they cannot interfere with motivated students. The idea discipline only affects the students disciplined is silly. Losers gonna drop out but every motivated student is precious to their community's upward economic mobility and social progress. Most humans of every color are basically slugs with progress driven by the motivated (who might not always excel academically but that's different from LEARNING). The good kids deserve better and school choice vouchers are the way. Vouchers let parents who care about their children take their own taxes back and send their children to private schools.
