  2. How employable are ORDINARY graduates TODAY who didn't get into the field years before they were even born? You're old and experienced in a field that (used to) reward that. Most "art" in a commercial sense is precisely the kitsch AI does so well.

  5. You have a very short working life to make a future and if you fail the prize is poverty until death. Permitting yourself to remain ignorant is self-sabotage. Follow the money, nothing else until money gives you the leisure of prosperity. Most humans are not intelligent so most of their advice is trash. Everything chiidish, naive and silly is trash (unless you can truly monetize it). Following your passion is for the idle rich (and wise retirees who arranged our lives accordingly beforehand) who don't need education to make more money but do it for fun. For non-rich young adults he purpose of education is PROFIT. Money is everything because money enables freedom so if you fail to coldly, methodically and relentlessly focus on money then you will have no freedom. Ideals to not make money. Freedom requires income. Life is a feces sandwich so the more bread you have the less feces you taste.
