  3. Have you actually worked in the auto sales industry? The few people who put practicality over shiny features aren't enough to support a profitable market. The average human considers technology magic and buys for fashion and features. There's not going to be a "crash" when demand outstrips supply. That whole idea is bizarre.

  4. Remember the headline is pure clickbait aimed at the vast majority of clueless ignorants who know nothing of naval power projection. That's why there is no useful content. Japan does not have power projection and cannot invade Yemen nor would that make strategic or tactical sense. OTOH sailing west around the problem costs little as there are few Japanese-flagged vessels impacted. FLAGGED and "owned" are different.
