  3. Adults who should know better fail to study their prospective locations. Cities are bad because they only get more expensive so I don't live in one (after escaping New Jersey in my youth). Even people good at one thing which made them bank are often helpless beyond that, but helplessness is a choice.

  4. These problems are easily dealt with by not living there. Fires are guaranteed, inevitable and will remain a permanent threat. The rich make enough not to care so despite it being affordable (for them) to build fireproof (not resistant which is not the same) homes most prefer silly choices. Not being rich I have zero need to live where they drive everyone's costs higher.
