  2. MLSR and ASM and UAS would be more valuable than jets, but asking for jets to get those instead is good policy. Aircraft are horrid resource sinks with vulnerable basing and valuable crew. A meatbag riding a jet should be seen as backward compared to weapons that self-deliver and often feed video to home station. The West should saturate Ukraine with missile systems capable of medium range attacks to reach where ATGW cannot and to complement drones.
