  1. People who have a choice live where they prefer. Cities exist for ECONOMIC reasons and when those reasons end so do reasons to live there. Vanity projects are OBVIOUS BAIT and people wise enough to be rich have near zero reason to live in Baltimore because they can choose from the rest of the US.
