  1. Aluminum heads on diesels are a profoundly stupid idea just to save a few pounds (and be easier to cast and machine). None of those things help the buyer. BTW the moral here is if you're going to live on the road tow a second vehicle because your main ride WILL eventually require shop time one way or the other. Ever being one deep on vehicles is unwise if it can be avoided. If your backup ride lives in a box trailer you can camp in the box trailer (I do at swap meets so I can watch over my merch) with your ride outside. If you have live-on-the-road money then you ought to plan it like a deployment. My bro tows his car to hot rod meets in a box trailer behind his RV and loves life.
