  1. Syrian TOW gunners like Abu TOW deserve a mention as they've gotten many more ATGW kill shots than probably anyone else. With Ukrainian ops being a bit more dispersed their records may be unsurpassed. The US requiring proof of use to reduce diversion was great for kill videos too.
