  1. In 2024 the cannon is really just clickbait for military illiterates who still think it matters in 2024 despite cannon range requiring the A-10 be in MANPAD range to use it. Big boomy things excite Bubba so it's always good for more views, but meat in the seat of ground attack birds requires CSAR (because real life war includes casualties) which itself costs more than thousands of drones.
