  1. Democracy is INHERENTLY weak, too weak for serious combat with internal enemies. Democracy is for managing affairs between cooperative friends. Enemies by their actions demand harsh measures escalated until the problem is solved. Mexico is a failed narcostate needing a very strong hand at the tiller.
