  1. Nice to see India understand it needs to be a MARITIME power despite its large land mass. India would benefit by developing a strong shipbuilding industry to compete with it's geopolitical rivals. BTW is harboring a vessel stolen by pirates an act of war? Somalian government de-facto suppor of piracy should be actionable, not that there is much to do to a permanently failed state other than gunboat diplomacy.
