  2. Americans say they want professional policing but fail to follow through. True professionals thrive on discipline (USAF retired here). I had to warn my Airmen about DWB because many of them had never lived in the South and couldn't understand why they got pulled over. These young troops were mostly nerdy innocents. I'm not surprised this happened because America fails at the civic duty to demand and enforce professional policing. I'd rather deal with military police any day as they're better trained and supervised while being highly accountable.
